The whole setup

Open this site in Chrome

Any modern Android browser works — Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox. Nothing downloads and nothing asks for permission yet.

Menu → Add to Home screen

Tap the three-dot menu in the top right, then "Add to Home screen" (some builds label it "Install app"). Confirm the name and it lands on your launcher next to everything else.

Open it from the icon

It launches full-screen without the address bar, which is the part that makes it feel like an app rather than a tab. Same account, same balance, same list.

Allow the camera when you start a call

The permission prompt appears at the moment of the first video call, not before. Browsing the list never needs it.

What you are actually granting

Asked for once, at the first video call, by Android itself — not by a form on this page. You can start on voice or text instead and never grant the camera at all.

Taking it back

Android Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions, or the padlock icon next to the address bar. Revoking is one tap and does not delete your account or your balance.

What is never asked for

No contacts, no SMS, no photo library, no location. A browser tab cannot quietly reach any of them, which is most of the point of running this way.

Why there is no APK

There is no store listing, and we will not pretend otherwise

You will not find this on Google Play, and any file calling itself our APK on a download site is not ours. The web address is the whole product.

Sideloading is the risky part of the internet

Installing a chat APK from a random mirror means handing an unreviewed package the permissions your phone hands out at install time. Running the same thing in a browser tab keeps that door shut.

Updates happen without you

There is no version to keep current. Reload the page and you are on the latest build, which also means no 90 MB download over mobile data every other week.

Questions people actually ask

Is there an Android APK to download?

No. This runs in your browser, and adding it to the home screen is a browser feature rather than an installation. If a site offers you an APK with our name on it, it did not come from us.

Does the home screen version work offline?

No, and neither would a store app — the whole thing is a live video call with another person, so it needs a connection at both ends.

Will it drain my data?

A video call uses roughly what any video call uses. Browsing the list is light; the call is the expensive part. On a metered plan, voice or text matching costs a fraction of video.

Do I need an account on Android?

Not to browse. Seeing who is live works straight away. An account comes in when you want to start calling, and it carries your free calls and your balance across devices.

Can I filter who I get matched with?

You can narrow the live list by country, language and age before you call anyone. There is no gender filter — that is worth saying plainly, because plenty of pages in this category imply otherwise.
